Ingredients (Serves 2–3):
- 3 cups diced potatoes (russet or red)
- 1½ tsp Copper’s Southern Everyday Seasoning
- 2 tbsp oil or bacon grease
- Optional: onions, bell peppers, eggs
Instructions:
- Heat oil or bacon grease in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add potatoes and spread into a single layer.
- Season with Copper’s and cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add onions or peppers if using and cook until tender.
- Top with a fried egg or serve alongside bacon or sausage.
