Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 3 cups diced potatoes (russet or red)
  • 1½ tsp Copper’s Southern Everyday Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp oil or bacon grease
  • Optional: onions, bell peppers, eggs

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil or bacon grease in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes and spread into a single layer.
  3. Season with Copper’s and cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add onions or peppers if using and cook until tender.
  5. Top with a fried egg or serve alongside bacon or sausage.
