Black Coffee BBQ Pulled Beef (Slow Cooker)
Why it works: Coffee enhances beef’s natural umami, making this rich, tender, and incredibly flavorful.
Ingredients (Serves 6–8):
- 2½–3 lbs chuck roast
- 3 tbsp Copper’s Black Coffee BBQ Rub
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions:
- Season chuck roast generously with Copper’s Black Coffee BBQ Rub.
- Place in slow cooker and add beef broth.
- Cook on low for 7–8 hours (or high for 4–5 hours).
- Shred beef and mix with cooking juices.
Serve on buns, over mashed potatoes, or in tacos.
