Black Coffee BBQ Pulled Beef (Slow Cooker)

Why it works: Coffee enhances beef’s natural umami, making this rich, tender, and incredibly flavorful.

 

Ingredients (Serves 6–8):

  • 2½–3 lbs chuck roast
  • 3 tbsp Copper’s Black Coffee BBQ Rub
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions:

  1. Season chuck roast generously with Copper’s Black Coffee BBQ Rub.
  2. Place in slow cooker and add beef broth.
  3. Cook on low for 7–8 hours (or high for 4–5 hours).
  4. Shred beef and mix with cooking juices.

Serve on buns, over mashed potatoes, or in tacos.
