2. Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?
Copper’s Southern Seasoning is proudly based in Jacksonville, Florida. At this time, we operate exclusively online and do not have a physical retail storefront for walk-in purchases.
3. Do you ship your products? Where do you ship?
Yes! We ship our seasonings throughout the continental United States and Canada.
4. How long does shipping take? When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders may be canceled or modified before they ship. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

At this time, we only offer our seasonings in full-size bottles.
