Sweet BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders (Shortcut Version)
Why it works: Big BBQ flavor without an all-day cook.
Ingredients (Serves 6–8):
- 2 lbs pork shoulder or pork butt
- 3 tbsp Copper’s Sweet BBQ Rub
- 1 cup chicken broth or apple juice
- Slider buns
- Optional: coleslaw
Instructions:
- Season pork generously with Copper’s Sweet BBQ Rub.
- Place in slow cooker with broth or apple juice.
- Cook on low for 6–7 hours (or high for 4 hours).
- Shred pork and return to juices.
Serve on slider buns with slaw if desired.
