Sweet BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders (Shortcut Version)

Why it works: Big BBQ flavor without an all-day cook.

 

Ingredients (Serves 6–8):

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder or pork butt
  • 3 tbsp Copper’s Sweet BBQ Rub
  • 1 cup chicken broth or apple juice
  • Slider buns
  • Optional: coleslaw

Instructions:

  1. Season pork generously with Copper’s Sweet BBQ Rub.
  2. Place in slow cooker with broth or apple juice.
  3. Cook on low for 6–7 hours (or high for 4 hours).
  4. Shred pork and return to juices.

Serve on slider buns with slaw if desired.
