
Ingredients (Serves 2–3):
- 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1½ tsp Copper’s Southern Everyday Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest and juice of ½ orange or lemon
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley or green onions (optional)
Instructions:
- Toss shrimp with Copper’s Southern Everyday Seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
- Finish with butter and citrus juice, tossing to coat.
- Garnish and serve over rice, grits, or with crusty bread.
