Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1½ tsp Copper’s Southern Everyday Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ orange or lemon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley or green onions (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Toss shrimp with Copper’s Southern Everyday Seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
  5. Finish with butter and citrus juice, tossing to coat.
  6. Garnish and serve over rice, grits, or with crusty bread.
