
Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 2 tsp Copper’s Southern Everyday Seasoning
- 4 burger buns
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Butter or oil for the pan
Instructions:
- Divide beef into 4 loose balls (do not overwork).
- Heat a cast-iron skillet or griddle over high heat.
- Lightly oil the surface and place beef balls on the pan.
- Smash flat with a spatula; season generously with Copper’s.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until crispy.
- Add cheese if desired, toast buns, and assemble.
