Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 tsp Copper’s Southern Everyday Seasoning
  • 4 burger buns
  • Cheese slices (optional)
  • Butter or oil for the pan

Instructions:

  1. Divide beef into 4 loose balls (do not overwork).
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet or griddle over high heat.
  3. Lightly oil the surface and place beef balls on the pan.
  4. Smash flat with a spatula; season generously with Copper’s.
  5. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until crispy.
  6. Add cheese if desired, toast buns, and assemble.
