Black Coffee Crusted Ribeye Steak
Why it works: The coffee notes enhance the natural richness of beef, creating a steakhouse-quality crust at home.
Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 2 ribeye steaks (1–1¼ inches thick)
- 2 tsp Copper’s Black Coffee BBQ Rub
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Instructions:
- Pat steaks dry and brush lightly with oil or butter.
- Season generously on both sides with Copper’s Black Coffee BBQ Rub.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet or grill to high heat.
- Cook steaks 3–4 minutes per side (medium-rare), or to desired doneness.
- Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
